Participants will be assessed on essential components of reading, word recognition, and participation. All participants receive a t-shirt; trophies and cash prizes are awarded to the winners of the various competitions. The purpose of this showcase is to foster children’s lifelong love for reading, as well as encourage their curiosity and creativity. The event will take place in Sherman Hall at GSU from 4:00pm-7:00pm, with registration and book fair beginning at 3:00pm.
