Kappa Delta Pi Installation Ceremony for our new Chapter at GSU – Alpha Iota Alpha

Governors State University has a new chapter of Kappa Delta Pi International Honor Society in Education.

The Alpha Iota Alpha chapter is preparing for our installation ceremony and first initiation ceremony.  The ceremony will be held on Tuesday, October 10th at 3:30-5:30pm at Governors State University.

We are excited to receive the charter for our new chapter, as well as recognize our students at Governors State University who excel scholastically in the field of education!

Kappa Delta Pi is one of the largest and most prestigious educational honor societies, with more than 40,000 members and 600 chapters around the world. To date, more than 1,200,000 educators worldwide have been inducted. Albert Einstein, George Washington Carver, Eleanor Roosevelt, and Margaret Mead are just a few of the historically known members.
